Abstract

Civic culture is an open,tolerant,and rational political culture,which has a positive role in promoting the construction and development of democracy.Democracy depends on the corresponding formation and development of particular political culture.Building political democracy in China requires a mature political culture,so cultivating the civic culture is of profound importance in improving Chinese democratic politics.
