Abstract
In order to make local property management legislation more scientific,more rational and better,this paper points out some general problems of current local property management regulations and proposes some suggestions as to how to revise and improve local property management legislation,such as improving legislation organization,strengthening theory basis,improving legislation on owners autonomy organization etc.
