Discussion on Establishing the Shareholder Representative Litigation System

Abstract
The article suggests the importance of establishing this system and analyses its characteristics and the litigation procedures, including the plaintiff's qualification, the defendant and sued action the company's position in the litigation procedure and the prepositional self-remedy procedure and so on. The author elaborates the performances above in comparison with that of other countries.
