Abstract

Contingent valuation method(CVM) is a main method to account non-use value evaluation of biology economic.Sanjiang wetland is one of the most important wetland environments in Heilongjiang Province which has huge use and non-use value evaluation.We used PC questionnaires,educed the average WTP was 64.57 yuan per year,and accounted the non-use value of Sanjiang wetland was 24.749 billion yuan per year.Finally,we recognized that compared to sequenced variables,non-sequenced variables has stronger influence on WTP.
