Abstract
The key to enterprise success lies in management,and the core of management is finance.The sustainable development of coal enterprise depends on its special finance management suitable for production and management of enterprise.The enterprise should construct financial management system to develop and expand its scale through comprehensive budget management,fund management,and cost management and control to realize the maximization of scale benefit and enterprise value.
