Abstract
Because of various requirements of wavelet in application,a method based on construction of smooth orthonormal wavelets libraries is proposed to solve this problem,The construction of smooth orthonormal wavelets libraries is based on sufficient regularity,non-redundancy and completeness,When the construced wavelets library is applied in signal de-noising in the paper.The experiments show that the denoising performance based on orthonormal wavelets libraries is better than single wavelets in most circumstances.
