The Discussion about Inventory Management Mode of Spare Parts in Morden Enterprises

Spare parts management is a important part of equipments management,storing spare parts scientificly and logically is a important pledge to continuous production. There are many problem in management of spare parts in large scale iron steel enterprises, the main reason is the mode of inventory management is dated.In this article , author refer to three foreign popular mode of inventory management,VMI,jointly managed inventory ,zero stock, provide effective approach for enterprises to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
