Abstract
This paper researches the domestic and international situations of comprehensive management of construction waste,points out that only industrialization can radically solve the problems of construction waste in our country.The paper establishes the industrialization operational model,and the government's central position in the industrialization operation.At last,it gives some advices from point of government.
