Abstract

Based on the concept and characteristic of tacit knowledge,according to the theory of practice,this study proposed a method of problem-driven tacit knowledge acquisition.With the research findings of cognitive science,after analyzing cognitive structure and problem situation for problem solving,aproblem space model is constructed to keep the completeness of tacit knowledge.Based on the problem space model,an open model for tacit knowledge acquisition process is presented.Finally,a case study of a car facility production line problem is provided to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.
