Study on the Effectiveness Influencing Factors of Physical Education and Health Teaching in High School Under the New Curriculum

From the two theoretical, this paper discusses high school sports and health teaching effectiveness under the new curriculum reform background, one is input, output, objectives, need perspectives teaching effectiveness, the other is background,process, output taken into account from the view of teaching effectiveness. And from the internal and external factors the article carries out analysis of the high school sports and health teaching effectiveness influence factors, such as laws and regulations construction, sports facilities, teachers' quality, teaching environment, teachers' psychological attitude, student participation, students' learning strategy. At last, it puts forward improving sports teaching four effective strategy.
