The paper reviews the ethnic tourism development mode of community participation in the Village of Langde in Guizhou province by employing the stakeholder theory,and analyzes the relationships between the local stakeholders.A sustainable development pattern for ethnic culture tourism is then suggested regarding the present management mode of the scenic areas.
