Abstract

At present,the emphasis of financial management in higher education is mostly put on internal financial control and financial analysis.But the financial forecast,one of the tools of financial management,is always ignored.In the situation that the independent corporate position of university is difficult to be protected and the financial management structure is unreasonable,establishing the scientific and effective financial forecast regulation and perfecting the financial forecast system is the necessary choice to improve the financial management level in higher education.
