Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of surodex granule on glaucoma with trabeculectomy. Methods Trabeculectomy was performed in 86 eyes of 60 patients, and the surodex granule was used in all operations. Depth of anterior chamber and IOP were observed after the operation. Results After 3 -6 months of followed-up, the average IOP was 20.78 mmHg, 65 eyes showed normal depth of anterior chamber and 21 eyes presented superficial anterior chamber. Conclusion The surodex could improve the successful rate of trabeculectomy and reduce the complications.
