With the political and economic development in the Ming Dynasty,the social relief made greater progress.Official relief agencies were more perfect than before;non-governmental social assistance activities transcended the individual and scattered limitations,forming geographical organization and emerging a high peak in the development of charity in ancient China.Particularly the emergence of good books indicated that the development of thoughts of charity had reached a new level in the ancient china.But because of the limitations of historical conditions at that time,social relief measures had a great uncertainty in the Ming Dynasty.
