Abstract
This study analyzed 700 soil samples from flue-cured tobacco fields in four main flue-cured tobacco production areas in Sanmenxia city. The results indicated that the pH-value,organic matter, total nitrogen,alkaline-hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content in the soil were generally at suitable or higher level, which was advantageous for the production of high-quality tobacco. In addition, the soil nutrient indexes of 4 main tobacco-planting areas were analyzed in detail, and the corresponding balanced fertilization suggestions were proposed.
