Countermeasures to the existing problems in financial budget management of colleges and universities

In order to improve the smooth implementation and development of everything in colleges and universities as well as their scientific and rational financial budget,the status in quo of financial budget in colleges and universities was analyzed.The existing problems in the budget drafting,budget performance and budget supervision were put forward.The corresponding countermeasures were presented:the selection of scientific budget drafting methods,the establishment of efficient budget control system,the enhancement of the budget supervision,the implementation of effective budget management excitation-constraint mechanism,and the motivation of people's participation in the budget management.
