Study on the Connection between Campus Culture of Higher Vocational College and Enterprise Culture

Based on the analysis on the status quo of the campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges and enterprise culture construction,the article considers that higher vocational colleges campus culture is a kind of research culture,institution culture,programmed culture and mission culture.The author puts forward two ways to connect the campus culture and the enterprise culture,namely the mode ofgo out,invite inand training target for featured professional accomplishment to develop and embody professional culture which is unique to higher vocational colleges more perfectly.
