Abstract
Pre-oxidation by moderate bacteria and leaching by cyanide for a refractory gold concentrate containing arsenic,sulfur,carbon and antimony have been researched.The shaker and semicontinuity leaching tests have carried on.Pulp concentration is of 15%.Pre-oxidation time is 10 d and 6~7 d in shaker and semicontinuity cyanide leaching tests,respectively.The conditions of cyanide leaching are NaCN dosage of 6 kg/t,liquid to solid of 2∶1,leaching time of 24 h.Leaching of gold is 80.32% and 86.32%,respectively.
