Abstract
The 7 individual skill data of the world women's volleyball competition in 2003 told us that:The Chinese volleyball team performed perfectly in this competition and won five times since the beginning of the semifinals and beaten the Russian team who is our old oppenent 3 to 0,first becoming the Champion of the World Women's Grand Prize Competition.But the writer made a synthetical and comparative analysis of the individual skill data that the Chinese women's volleyball team still had some shortcomings in smashing, blocking,defending and so on. It also points out the aspects for them to improve.
