Abstract
Based upon analysis of the pumping action,vibration,aerodynamic characteristics and other noises' formation mechanism caused by interaction between cement concrete pavement ane tyre and related influencing factors some measures to reduce the noises of cement concrete pavement are proposed.Author points out from two aspects: noise source and propagation means noise of cement concrete pavement can be reduced through changing the structure of pavement,improving construction technology and other measures.
