Abstract
The combined techniques of ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis and H_2O_2 Oxidation fortreating simulated printing and dyeing wastewater are studied. Results show that when the COD in influent is 40 mg·L~(-1) and the color ratio is 1 000,the reaction time for the micro-electrolysis is approximately 60 minutes, the iron to carbon ratio is 1.5:1,and pH is 2.0,COD reaches 734.4 mg·L~(-1),and the removal rate of color ratio is above 94.7%.Fe~(2+) to H_2O_2 ratio is 10:l,pH is 2.0 to 5.0,and the reaction time is 50 minutes, the removal rate of COD is 93.1%and the removal rate of color ratio is 62.5%.After the process of two steps, the color ratio is reduced to 3,and COD is reduced to 51.2 mg·L~(-1).Meanwhile,the article discusses the mechanism of this experimental.
