Abstract
Studying on the Sinicization of Marxism is a hot issue attracting widespread attention of domestic academic circle, which has formed lots of research achievements in recent years. This paper will make a systematic analysis from four aspects, such as the connotation of Marxist sinicization, the historical process and basic experience of Marxist sinicization and the relationship among sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism.
