Abstract

With the increasing applications of the laser scanning confocal microscopy in biological research, green fluorescent protein fused proteins provide the precise spatiotemporal information of interested proteins in the cells. Therefore, immunofluorescence has become the basic experimental method of cell biology. In this chapter, protocols of the expression of green fluorescent fusion proteins in cultured cells and immunofluorescence are described.
