The zero order(R) of analytic Dirichlet series

The growth of the proximate zero order(R) of Dirichlet series in the right-half plane is studied.The same result and the new method of proof are obtain and the original proof is simplified under the weaker index condition based on the relation between the growth on this function and the coefficients of the proximate zero order(R) of Dirichlet series.
