Abstract

The process of enterprises' informatization covers two areas: real world and information world. Due to the diffenent ability to know the world, people fail to reach an agreement on the same subject, normally called the deep ditich . Based on the analysis of the reasons for IT black hole, the paper proposes necessary tactics to avoid that problem.
