Abstract
As the basic ideological and political workers in college grass-roots level,counselors should not only combine ideological and political education of university students and firmly implement the fundamental task of cultivating students morality,but also be dedicated and responsible,really caring for the growth of talents.This paper analyzed the experiences of the counselors work.
