State Analysis and Approaches of the Party's Ideological Theory Construction in Modern Large-Scale Enterprises

In order to strengthen and improve the idelolgical theory construction work of the Party in modern large-scale enterprises of our country,questionnaire survey and informal discussion were carried out on the ideological theory construction of the Party organization and ideological state of Party members in some large-scale enterprises.The investigation sent out 1 000 questionnaires and regained 701 ones.Under the economic globalization background,especially after our country joinsed WTO,social economic development isin a period of deeply depending on ithinternational community with friction frequently occurring.The modern enterprises' activities of our country are not only related to the world economy through the market,but also are influenced and challenged by global economic integration in ideological field.How to play a political key function of Party organization,shifting Party members' exemplary vanguard role in economic construction and function of fighting bastion of Party organization in the economical operation of the market,it is the great subject faced by the ideological theory construction of the Party in the new period.
