The evaluation model of the eco-industrial park and enterprise development capability in the park

Abstract

The eco-industrial park is one way to realize the sustainable development and green economy,which is considered to be the third generation of industrial park,following the economical and technological development zone and the hi-tech development zone.From the concept and the goal of the eco-industrial park,we build the evaluation model of the eco-industrial park and enterprise development capability in the park with social economy,green economy,resource consumption and sustainable development degree of 4 factors and 18 indicators.The author thinks that evaluating of the enterprise development capacity in the eco-industrial park,we not only consider its economical benefits,but also have a comprehensive evaluation from the economic,social and environmental benefits,in order to avoid the problem such as a single evaluation or the unreasonable evaluation process.
