Abstract
As the characteristic of less macroscopy research of agricultural non-point pollution,based on a lot of statistical data,agricultural non-point source pollution and related issues of Heilongjiang Province were researched,provided theories basis for establishing control programming of whole province agricultural not-point source pollution.In agricultural non-point source pollution of Heilongjiang Province,the main pollution source of COD were livestock and poultry,the main pollution source of TN was fertilizer.Emissions of various pollutants is strongly influenced by the rural population,the contribution were larger,the impact of agricultural output value on TN was significant and the impact of land area on the TP was significant.In 2007 and 2008,concentrations of TN and TP exceeded Class III standard of Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard(GB3838-2002).The water quality index reached the level of pollution due to the agricultural non-point source pollution,the major pollution were phosphorus and nitrogen pollution.
