Abstract
Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 was prepared by microwave reaction. Then solid acid catalyst TiO2/S2O82-/MCM-41was prepared by liquid deposition method. The esterification reaction of acetic acid and iso-amyl alcohol was selected as a probe reaction to test the catalytic performance.Influence of calcination temperature, calcination time, concentration of(NH4)2S2O8,impregnation time and molar ratio of Ti to Si on the catalytic activity was investigated, the optimum conditions for preparation of the catalyst were obtained as follows: molar ratio of Ti to Si was 2,concentration of(NH4)2S2O8 was 0.5 mol/L,impregnation time was 5 h,calcination temperature and time were 550 ℃ and 4h.Under above conditions without water-carrying agents, the esterification rate can reach 73%.
