Abstract
As the group-oriented threshold signcryption features to reduce the number of information exchange of signcryption group (decrypt group) can effectively improve the efficiency of the scheme. So this paper propose a new group-oriented threshold signcryption scheme, this scheme simultaneously fulfills the (t,n) threshold signcryption and the (k,l) threshold shared verification, and at the threshold signcryption phase,it can simultaneously fulfill both the functions of digital signature and public key encryption in a logically single step, and the cost significantly lower than the former scheme. This scheme is an identity-based cryptography. At the end, prove this scheme is confidentiality, unforgeability, robustness.
