Diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients nutrition status analysis

Objective To analyze the nutrition status of in our hospital diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients,research and analyze the effect of hemodialysis and nutritional status in patients with relationship.Methods Totally cases of primary type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients with dietary analysis,general clinical findings and dialysis effect for statistical analysis.Results Totally cases of patients with intake of protein was(0.79±0.32)g/(kg·d),heat(78±32) for KJ/(kg·d),dialysis is not filled subgroup of diabetic nephropathy maintenance in patients with HD TSF,AC,Scr,BUN,RBC were significantly lower in patients with dialysis group level(P0.05),the CRP level was significantly higher in dialysis patients level(P0.05),CRP and RBC,Hb,Alb levels were negatively related(P0.05).Conclusions It should be enhanced for diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients assessment of nutritional status and diet plan formulation and improvement,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,reducing the risk of complications of hemodialysis.
