Clinical effect of Buchangnaoxintong Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buchangnaoxintong Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:100 patients in our hospital from January 2008 to April 2011 were divided into two groups randomly.50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,50 patients in the observation group were treated with Buchangnaoxintong Capsule on the base of control group.The level change of TG,CHOL,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1,Apo-B before treatment and 4-week after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:4-week after treatment,TG[(1.74±0.45)mmol/L vs(2.33±1.02)mmol/L],CHOL[(6.34±0.58)mmol/L vs(7.57±2.37)mmol/L],LDL[(2.36±0.32)mmol/L vs(2.99±0.79)mmol/L],Apo-A1[(1.35±0.67)mmol/L vs(1.59±0.78)mmol/L],Apo-B [(1.57±0.37)mmol/L vs(3.08±1.09)mmol/L] of the two groups were compared,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(all P0.05).There were significant differences of the indexes above between before and after treatment of the two groups(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:It is valuable about Buchangnaoxintong Capsule in CHD with hyperlipidemia patients,with the advantage of definite effect and rapid recovery.It is valuable to further promote in clinical.
