On the Development Cognition of Socialist Essence

Abstract

The Essence of Socialism is innate character that socialism society discriminates between other social forms,and has different essential performance and contents in different stages of history. It is determined a dynamic subjective process to recognize Essence of Socialism, and is narrated by some of its characters. Marx and Engls clarified Essence of Socialism from theory and logic. Lenin ,Stalin and Mao Zedong probed into Essence of Socialism by practise and strategy. Deng Xiaoping clearly put forward to the Essence of Socialism based on special stage of Chinese Socialism. Jiang Zemin developed it further. It is one of important reasons of mistake of socialist construction to confuse Essence of Socialism with means of building socialism. The development cognition of socialist essence has important signification to adjust policy and strategy of socialist construction.
