Abstract
This paper investigated the changes of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) expression in rats hippocampus after swimming and discusses the neurobiology mechanism of aerobic exercise promoting the brain healthy.The results show that there is BDNF expression at hippocampus neuron.BDNF expression of 7SG and 12SG in hippocampus is significantly increased individually compared with CG(P0.05,P0.01),12SG in hippocampus is significantly increased compared with 3SG(P0.05).These results lead to conclusions that the aerobic swimming can increase the BDNF expression and promote the brain nerve plasticity.
