Abstract
Based on the data of Zhejiang province from 1992 to 2011,the paper applies co- integration analysis,Granger causality, error correction model to analyze the long- run relationships and the co- evolution patterns of these variables among green innovation capability, innovation spillover effects and economic growth. The results indicate that there is a long- run steady relationship among the three. The internal variables of green innovation capability and innovation spillover effects are co- evolution, and the dynamics of economic growth is driven by the co- evolution of this two dimensions, and they promote economic growth to continue to senior evolution. Meanwhile, economic growth will upgrade the two dimensions conversely. Finally, the paper provides some policy recommendations.
