On the Interest in Sports and Physical Education

Abstract

According to the features of physical education and the students psychology,the article analyzes the relationship between the interest in sports and the physical education,giving us some suggestions about how to develop students' interests in sports.It points out to use the feasible methods to motivate the enthusiasm of students so that we can improve the quality of teaching and students' sports skills and fitness.
