Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the sensitivity of chicken coccidia from two farms of Anhui province to different anticoccidial drugs and provide a theoretical basis for treatment.[Method]Eimeria species were collected from two broilers farms and propagated in our Lab.A total of eight anticoccidial drugs including Diclazuril,Robenidine,Dinitolmide,Decoquinate,Nicarbazine,Maduramicin,Salinomycin and Lasalocid were selected to test.[Results] In Farm 1,Eimeria species were sensitive to Decoquinate and partially resistant to Nicarbazine; While in Farm 2,Eimeria species were sensitive to Decoquinate and Nicarbazine, and partially resistant to Robenidine.Other anticoccidial drugs were completely resistant to chicken coccidia from two farms.[Conclusion] Drug resistance had been highly developed in the two farms.
