Abstract

This paper introduces the definition of ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and the attenuation coefficient formula in the liquid, and gives the relational chat of attenuation coefficient with temperature and acoustic attenuation with displacement. The formula of ultrasonic attenuation in the hydraulic cylinder is deduced. It introduces a kind of selecting method of the ultrasonic frequency in the measuring displacement system.
