Abstract

Based on theme of Beethoven's 9th symphony,this paper studies the aesthetics in Beethoven's symphony.He has a lifelong pursuit of heroic and revolutionary spirit.Through the anatomy of his mental background and musical theme,we draw the conclusion that the 9th symphony is based on the previous 8 ones,inspired by his revolutionary passion,expresses his ideal and personality,from which a great progress is made in musical structure,harmony color,and instrument matching.The thorough understanding of all this permits us to go into Beethoven's heart and works.
