Abstract

The blood concentrations of two different nifedipine sustained-release tablets were determined by HPLC for studying on the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability in healthy volunteers. Disposed by 3P87 program, the conclusion showed: nifedipine was distributed and eliminated in two compartment model. Imported nifedipine was greater than native product in bioavailability and the elimination half time is longer than native product(P 0. 05).
