Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment plan of patients with moderate and Severe obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods 67 cases of patients with moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the reference group(33 cases in total)and research group(34 cases in total), the reference group were treated with traditional uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) and the research group were treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with UPPP. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 94.12% and93.94% of the control group, there was no obvious difference between the two groups, P0.05, the intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the research group were respectively(40.33 ±4.3)m L and(41.08 ±2.31)min, which were lower than those in the reference group(96.34±4.45)m L and(70.34±3.87)min, P0.05. Conclusion Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with UPPP has a good effect and is worthy of promotion.
