Chinese central government increases aids to help Tibet and also calls for other provinces to provide aids in re- cent years.Furthermore,the Qinghai-Tibet railway had been finished in last year which gives Tibet an uncommon op- portunity for economic development.According to these factors and situation of agriculture and animal husbandry,the article puts forward a strategically thoughts for promoting leaping-development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet.The thought is special,complementary and protection.The special means Tibet should put special industries in priority position,such as,highland barley,yak,etc;the complementary means promote rapidly economic development of the whole Tibet by industries'integration among regions;the protection means eco-environmental protection is the base of promoting agriculture and animal husbandry development.The article also discusses the pivotally scientific and technical fields for promoting leaping-development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet.
