A Tentative Study on the Strategic Concept of Party's Scientific and Technological Modernization

The strategic idea of Party's scientific and technological modernization first emerged during the leadership of Party's first generation, formed during the leadership of Party's second generation and matured during the leadership of Party's third generation. It is the outcome of gradual combination of scientific thought of Marxism with the Chinese revolution, socialist construction and reform practice. In the new period, the third leadership with JIANG Ze min as core, which has inherited the past experience and actively get involved in renovation, has advanced understanding of the strategic concept of the Party's scientific and technological modernization to a new historic level.
