Abstract

Mechanism of melanogenesis is closely related with melanocytes, keratinocytes, lymphocytes, neurocytes; melanogenesis is also connected with the occurrence of dermatosis such as vitiligo. The paper reviews relationship between mechanism of melanogenesis and related melanocyte, keratinocyte, T lymphocyte, neurocytes, and proves theoretical basis for further study.
