On the Adolescents’Personality Formation and Teachers’ Function During the Transformation Period

This article is guided by Floyd’s personality-structure theory, and has studied the course of adolescent’s personality development, and puts forward the teachers’ functions according to the rule of personality formation from infancy stage, juvenile stage to adolescent stage and the feature of external environment during the social transformation period.
