On Philosophic Thinking on Modernization of Legal System

Abstract

A thinking and probe into modernization of legal system which is an important social phenomenon from philosophic view are helpful for us to the cognition of basic connotation of modernization of legal system and the understanding of its process.Human's modernization is its key and logic start while the mass' belief to the law is its psychological basis.Its object of value is the freedom,equality and justice.
