Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of LTPI on coagulation and platelet aggregation. Methods: Using capillary method to study the effect of LTPI on coagulation and on platelet aggregation by a platelet aggregation test in vitro. Results: LTPI has significantly prolonged the clotting time in mice and decreased the platelet aggregation function in vitro. In addition, LTPI has also significantly increased the hypoxie tolerance in mice. Conclusion: LTPI has the anticoagulant effect and the action of inhibiting Platelet ag- gregation.
