Reflection about the construction of human resource management in modern enterprises

Abstract

Based on the analysis of transformation of management orientation on human resource in enterprises,it is put forward that construction of human resource management and the importance of intellectual capital.The great need for reconstruction of human resource management is pointed out and the problems are considered in this transformation.
