THE CALCULATING METHOD OF CULTIVATED LAND PROCEEDS REQUISITION-COMPENSATION BALANCE——CASE STUDY OF PLAIN AREA OF TAIHANGSHAN

The proceeds balance manifests the economy productivity of cultivated land.As to the requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land,not only the balance of cultivated land quality but also the proceeds balance of cultivated land should be considered.According to the theory and achievement of cultivated land classification in Hebei province,taking the proceeds as the bridge of requisition-compensatian calculation of cultivated land,this paper establishes a set of calculating system of economy proceeds requistion-compensation balance of regional cultivated land.Taking the plain area of Taihangshan in Hebei Province as an example,a new calculating proportional relationship of requisition-compensation is defined in economic direction.
